Explanation Regarding The Test
The reason this is the test of the future is because it maximizes both the utility of [internet] and the utility of [computer memory space], meaning that it's simply the correct time for its style.

By using a test that generates two random words [for every piece of the test] we maximize the utility of computer memory space. This is because before the computer, the best way to pick two random words is with an over-sized mixing machine; However, a computer contains the ability to list millions of times more words [than a mixing machine], and when our language actually develops enough words for this test to have its intended [maximization of utility], that is when this test will become the standard for the entire human race.

The reason this test maximizes the utility of internet is because in order to calculate the correct answer in regard to the two words, a jury of about 1,000 is required to vote on every single [piece of the test]. The significance of this is that these types of juries are made countless times more convenient when the internet is used [because without the internet, it would be countless times harder to arrange enough sets of juries].

It is also entirely possible that this test already fulfills maximization of utility because the computer has many more ways of more efficiently randomizing, such as the fact that it's entirely possible to create an online network that allows many random internet and computer users to generate randomly from their own work station and then release the [test pieces] online to the network of the test.
